Music has always been an integral part of her life; from singing at home with her family, surrounded by the harmonious chords of a guitar and piano by her father, to playing duets on the recorder with her kindergarten teacher, it has been a constant companion. CASSIOPIA, behind which the artist Pia Sophie Stahl is hidden, started playing the piano at the age of 7 and, by 11, she found her true passion - the french horn. The soft, melodious sound of the horn has captivated her ever since and has become a signature element in her songs.

Now, as she ventures into songwriting, melodies swirl in her head, taking shape as she strums her guitar, transforming thoughts and feelings into music. Her songs are a blend of different instruments that have touched her soul throughout the years, and her wonderful, empathetic voice that she brings into play.
